After the events in Raccoon City, Umbrella moves their base underneath the state of Sanandreas. Again they make another T-Virus and it gets loose. All of Sandreas gets contaminated in less than a day. Almost evryone has turned into a zombie. Cj is the only survivor and must get out of Sanandreas before he becomes the next meal for the zombie horde. Only one plane in the state remains at Las Venturas Airport. He must get there from Grove st. to Las Venturas. In his way will be zombies, stealth lickers, zombie animals (lions, alliagtors, birds, and an elephant), and the Nemesis.
Cj is equipped with an assault rifle, five grenades, a combat shotgun, a Desert Eagle, a chainsaw, a sub machine gun, and a rocket launcher.
