Cable existed before and after the horror of Liefeld.
He had some good stories during the 90s...when Loeb wasn't a hack. Also the earlier issues of Cable/Deadpool were great.

Now Godlike Cable is just lame. Total ripoff of X-Man and Stryfe.

So yes, Cable is the best. Lay off him or he'll kill you with his Badassness.

Well he didn't exist before Rob. SOrry about that. But he's been in plenty of stuff without Liefeld.

While I can't speak for Agent X (haven't read any) and don't think Cable is amazing with guns, DP is an amazing shot and is proficient at just about every weapon known to man so, whatchu talkin' bout Willis?

My interpretation of this thread was not "Who's the best with guns?" but, "Which character who wields guns is the best?", and I stand by my opinion that Punisher is by leaps and bounds the stand out in that category.
