Who wins?

She'd probably steal Rune King Thor's power as easily as she stole Spectre's power. She wasn't even overwhelmed by the power. She simply took it and started kicking ass with it. Rune magics are definitely magical. Spectre-force is definitely magical. And I'm pretty sure the Odinforce itself is considered magical. And in case it is ambiguous, for all intents and purposes, it's close enough.

I got the impression that the runes weren't so much a power by themselves, but the knowledge of how to access power.
