Ok Spider-Man is in the DC universe and trying to find this guy who is doing all these crimes The Joker. Well Joker did some research on Spidey. One Night they meet in a bank while joker's men are packing the money. Spider-Man tries to shoot a web but joker thought some acid at it and it is gone melted. Then Spidey i ready for some real action

Parker still kicks his ass 10/10.

Well, assuming Joker was taken by surprise, Spidey-man wins

yea hes doen resaerch but i dont think he really came amazingly prepared maybe a little but still. what would he even do to spiderman

If The Joker is robbing a bank then he has prep himself for all ins and outs.

Now with research......Spiderman gets stabbed, gassed, burned with acid, and probably set on fire all at the same time while being shot at.

The Joker and his men get away with the money and then Spidey gets saved by The Batman.
