Depends on enviroment. Geen Arrow would have a huge range advantage, but if its a bit closer hes really screwed if he misses even once.

Bullseye is cooler. Green arrow looks to much like robinhood =(

Bullseye. Anything Ollie throws at him will be deflected pretty easily with his own set of projectiles. I don't really see Bullseye losing this.
