Amazo from dc (jla) vs Amazo from marvel (xmen)

This is the same amazo that is currently fighting the jla but lets say that the same kind of amazo was in marvel also and he was a xmen enemy. These two jla meet but the thing about this is that one has all the powers of the jla and the other has all the powers of the xmen.

Wonderwoman
Martian manhunter
Batman (skills)
Captain atom
Flash (I dont think amazo has control over the speed force)
Hawk girl

The xmen jla consist of

Wolverine (even adamantium claws)
Magneto
Xman (nate)
Colossus
Cannonball
Storm
North star (the fastest one)
Cyclops
