Karate kid vs. Batman

I know that that one of Batman's attributes is that he is skilled in most forms of martial arts, but with the karate kid that is what he is and that is what he does. So who takes it?

Assuming this is comic karate kid, and not a joke thread about the movie version, karate kid rofl-stomps him into the dirt.
