Nah. It would be like taking any one of the world's premier martial artists and pitting him against a pissed off tiger. His skill ain't gonna close the gap here.

Lizard for the win. yeah but DD's faced against guys like Wolverine, who's much more dangerous than a tiger

Wolverine's one of the good guys, so any fights they may have had before Enemy of the State weren't anything serious. I really do think in a fight to the death, Wolverine would make relatively short work of Daredevil.

The Lizard is a bad opponent for Daredevil. He has the speed to overwhelm, the durability to completely shrug off any damage DD could hope to do, the strength to easily maim or kill in one shot and the reach to go with it.

The only times DD has faced Wolverine who wasn't bogged down with Ennis' writing Wolverine has put Matt on the defensive every time.
Backing him into a corner while mind controlled.
Putting him in a full nelson in 2 pages of combat.
Even killing him in 2 pages in a What IF.

Now as for Lizard....
The thing's consistently shown to be faster or at the least as fast as Spiderman, stronger, one tail whip has left Spidey next to unconscious, and his hide has been strong enough to resist darts and (IIRC) bullets.

DD might be able to hold Lizard off for a bit with his perception but he's ultimately doomed to be shredded to cutlets here.
