The following advert for the Metz alchopop aired ten years ago and was banned because it scared children who happened to see it in advert breaks. Would you have banned it?

My dad says it is more distasteful than the Metz advert, but the Metz advert would be more likely to scare small children.

So... which of the two would you be more likely to ban?

That kinder video was the first video i favorited on youtube. It has brough me hours of entertainment. They should not only give Kinder it's own tv show, but they should ban every OTHER commercial so that the only one that airs is kinder surprise.
