Static Shock? Sweet.

Now we can have comic Static and Batman team-ups just like the cartoon. Static helping the JLA, and more Static and Batman team-ups.

Doubt it'll happen but hey...I liked the Static/Batman episodes.

how different was he? i only have a few issues of static someplace burried. i only remember him from the show as gear.

thanks again. not enough of a lot of heroes, Xombi should be cool and so should ICON, and I think theyre goin to have to combine the two series because a lot of the issues touched on in milestone comics might be too harsh/real for dc comics...like i nmilestone static Richie shot hotstreak after he joined a supremacist group that was on an anti-gay parade

I heard Dwayne McDuffie talking about it when the Static cartoon was just starting out way back when, and he said soon then...god, eight years later. Then he again said it when Rebirth of the Cool was released, getting my hopes up even more. Not going to lie, though, I kind of hope he's more akin to his "Static Shock" characterization than his milestone one.

I didn't know SS was a DC character. That's pretty snazzy.

You know what pisses me off is that they try to deny its about adding more minorities. Of course it is, but its not just about that. Hell I don't know why they have to feel ashamed about that.

Its about having more recognizible properties to sell.

They are not recognizing the crossover "Worlds Collide" and they will be meeting the DC characters for the first time..Milestone locations will be here within DC..and DC thinks that will be organic..

I dont see this as a totally bad thing though....lets just keep Grant Morrison away from the whole idea....Between Grant and Didio....i can barely enjoy DC comics as it is....and some of these characters were really good...it would be a shame.

Firestorm just ended his own solo book a bit back. As did Atom. Vixen has her own mini going on, Cyborg does too. As does Cassandra Cain. So does El Diablo. Black Lightning has a mini coming. Blue Beetle has a current ongoing.

Please stop with the you-don't-read-comics crap I have a load of JLA and some JSA comics. I probably don't have as much DC as you have because I don't find it that interesting. Hell I used to collect The Maxx but you were still making stupid remarks about wiki, basically you're just a troublemaker.

Anyway I know that DC have minority characters but there still nothing wrong with adding some more. I find it highly unlikely that it has nothing to do with adding minrotities when thats why it was created. Things have improved but thers still nothing wrong with adding more as long as the stories are good. Also Shadow cabinet aren't exactly well know members of the milestone universe.

What I want to know is if they have Dakota and the whole "Big Bang," did the bang actually happen? Or does the godwave account for all of the bangbabies they're going to be bringing in.

in my opinion, if they shadow cabinet had been out for blood, they wouldve won. (hardware woulve taken out superman, and the JLA doesnt have anyone who can take on Icon)

donner and blitzen were clearly outclasses though

GL's neck should have been there to support the JLA

Icon himself said he didn't think they could take them, but he did mention that they weren't trying to kill them. but them, neither was the JLA. I wouldn't give these guys a single win in a forum battle.

Icon said that because they were trying to kill them, right off the start hardware had a weapon that couldve killed anyone of the the JLA, not sure anyone couldve taken out hardware (other than green lantern), Twilight wasnt even fighting, twilight can summon demons from his dimension...and I dont ssee any of them taking out glorai mundi or iron butterfly

truthfully the battle couldve gone either way (red arrow, black canaray, and hawk girl wouldve been done at the start)

plus the JLA doesn't kill...so I don't see them fighting any differently.
