Punisher gets the following (all weapons are fully loaded with one extra clip of ammo for reload):
kevlar vest
2 large combat knifes
2 brass knuckles
2 handguns with laser sights
1 steel katana
1 shotgun
1 semiautomatic rifle with grenade launcher attachment
1 flash grenade, 1 tear gas grenade, and 2 frag grenates
Max - the rottweiler

lizard

Punisher would put him down.

But he wouldn't be able to put him down for good.

All this is a tad much. Frank puts him though

Lizard kills him with one strike.

lizard would get to Punisher with his agility and speed before Punisher can use up all of those weapons

Plus a lot of those weapons would be ineffective in this fight.
