The Only real threat is blackout I believe. Even then he only had enough power to resist hits from a bazoka fire with his darkforce. He was pretty much a Darkforce lantern. Thanos could wipe then all out, truth be told all they could try to do is hold him in a cube like Blackout did to nova.
