fight in dakota, X-23 is bloodlusted

X-23 will get to him. his powers might keep her away for a bit but shes a fighter. bite threw the pain and take his head off.

Static can control magnetism and Electricity. X-23 would be in for a ride of torture.

Actually that is NOT an advantage for X-23 ....it is a MAJOR disadvantage!

Why?

Well, think of it. Static has control over the electro-magnetic spectrum, and can control the metal in her hands with abundant ease. He can make her slash herself, cut herself, do a whole lot of things since he basically owns her hands.

Now, the advantage someone like Wolverine would have is that ALL of his skeletal structure is laced with adamantium, meaning that he cannot be made to cut off an entire arm or decapitate himself! While his claws are laced with adamantium, so are his bones ....so the worst case scenario is that Logan would only get deep flesh wounds (which would quickly heal due to the factor effect).

However X-23 is different.

Imagine what would happen if Static Shock took over her hands (which he will do, easily), and made her cut her own head off! Her adamantium claws will go very easily through her bones .....leading to a headless girl.

Think of that!

This is an unfair fight.

Actually this is the simplest thread I've seen in over a month.

You have a character who has a set of claws that are laced with an unbreakable unmalleable metal that has been honed to molecular sharpness, yet the rest of her skeletal structure is bone (and thus can be easily cut by the said super-sharp unbreakable claws like a hot knife through butter).

The other character is basically in control of the entire electro-magnetic spectrum to a large degree. He may not be shutting down an entire planet ala Magneto or Polaris, but he is still immensely powerful.

That character can instintively detect metal ....and the Adamantium in X-23 is succeptible to magnetic manipulation (look at what Magneto does to Wolverine ....ranging from simple levitating and threatening to make him stab himself, to high level feats like disrupting the Adamantium on a molecular level and making it leech out of Logan's body).

Now, Static Shock does oot need to do any molecular disruption ....there is no need to. The fight is so unfair there is no need for him to even experiment and find out if he can.

This is because all he needs to do is trap the claws in magnetic fields (which he can EASILY do), extend them (and anyways, X-23 will have extended them anyways ....and if she doesn't an EMS manipulator like Static can make them 'snikt' out with a thought), and then have X-23 cut her head off with one move.

One move.

Yes, I know X-23 has a healing factor, but her head will be on the floor. Unless she can regrow a new head, or her old head is put on her now-decapitated body, that is a straight kill.

In seconds.

That is what happens when you face a high-level EMS manipulator, and you have a set of ultra-sharp unbreakable claws and a skeleton that is made of 'merely' dense bone.

You die.

Flawless victory ...10/10.

No need for CIS/PIS/or even RIS (Rulk induced stupidity) .....just two blood-lusted characters on a KMC battle that just happens to be so overmatched it might as well be Jubilee versus Dr Fate ....with Nabu in control and Jubilee drugged out on hashish with shackles on and immersed upside down in a water-tank filled with sulphuric acid!

Again, flawless victory.

Edit: Double post. Sending messages using a satellite connected laptop in Equatorial Africa can be a doozy sometimes.

It doesn't matter. If you put one character on bloodlust, the other character will have to defend themselves to the best of thier abilities. Once he cuts her arms off, even if she grows new ones, she wont' have the claws anymore.

What he would NOT do is just stand there and allow himself to get cut, especially when of all the villains he has faced this one is the EASIEST by far to put down.

Her particular strengths are perfect weaknesses against someone like Static.

Meaning, even if he decides not to kill her (which he can easily), he can still make her mutilate herself and lob of limbs .....especially when he realizes that she has a healing factor and can recuperate.

It would be like telling Superman that you are invulnerable and can handle pain ....he will smile to highest heaven because he now knows that he can FINALLY unleash and not have to hold back.

Imagine what static would do with someone who has adamantium claws that he can control, and a body that has a healing factor!

It would be like a self-reparing punching bag with a set of ginsu knives .....by the time he was through she would be pleading for death.

Whether Static kills her or not, whether he makes her cut off her own head, or simply tosses her about while whistling, the fact still remains that this is one of the easiest threads around.

Static would actually find the Spoiler a far tougher opponent than X-23 (even though X-23 is far deadlier than the Spoiler).

A set of Adamantium claws+bones that are not laced with Adamantium+a high-level meta who controls the EM spectrum = a pwning that would make Lobo feel pity on the fool.

Even if he didn't want to kill her, he's got other options. For instance, slamming her into the ground repeatedly, make her punch herself silly, throw her to canada, etc.
