If he is going all out then I can see him getting past Spidey but I just can't see him getting past a half way serious wolverine.

well then .... no

I can't see Cap getting past Bats and his gadgets. If he does however manage to then an all out spiderman would still be troubled by Cap's vastly superior fighting skills. That said an all out spiderman in my opinion would eventually take cap out.
