Maestro without much difficulty, unless you put Odin in there or something.regular Hulk took a Maestro animated Destroyer and won, Maestro should overpower the thing pretty nicely.

the issue is what the Destroyer can do offensively versus what Hulk would eventually do. Destroyer's beams << Hulk, even when Maestro was operating it it merely cut the Hulk a little, nothing much.
I don't believe it could achieve much against Hulk, as Hulk would quickly rise in power beyond its capacity.
it's not the first machine designed to fight The Celestials which has failed against The Hulk 🙂
