During their great journey, the prophet of truth learns that a vital piece to the activation of Halo is located on a planet close to his location.
Upon discovery of this planet things become a little more complicated as it is swarming with the Locust Horde.
Determined to activate the rings, the Prophet sends in his armies to wipe out this pest.

The Locust win because they have those Brumaks. The Covenant would easily win this if they glass the planet but if the activation of a Halo ring is on the planet then the Covenant aren't gonna do any glassing so the Locust win.
