They fight; one gets clownstomped. Which one?

I want to say Genis-Vell wins, but only because I'm pretty uniformed when it comes to EA Steel. I know he didn't have as many feats as Genis did...I know the Aegis armor is nigh-invulnerable, but how's it hold up to psychic attacks and matter manipulation?
