Let's "assume" in this thread that all of the characters dispatched by that Norrin Radd (barring Galactus) were as powerful as their Marvel 616 counterparts, how well would The Silver Surfer from the Exiles parallel universe do, if he fought Monarch?

They battle in space, no holds barred to the death.

Who wins?

Surfer would probably blow up his suit resulting in a stalemate.

Surfer gets one-shotted like everybody else from Arena.
