I think Donatello would have to prep himself, along with his brothers, with somesort of tech in order to beat Venom.

Unless it's Gargan Venom we're talking about.

Turtles need prep. A simple beatdown isnt going to do it for them. Venom wins.

If this Venom is Eddie Brock, then its a shitstomp on the turtles unless they are aware of his two weaknesses: sonics and intense heat and even then, Eddie Brock has done great feats even inspite of those two weaknesses. Prep is the only means that they can even get a win. Venom wins 9/10 in a straight-up fight and the Turtles could pull maybe 8/10 given some prep, but in truth I'd wager Venom could still pull off a win even with prep from the TMNT.
