Gotta go with LT on this one. More feats. The Living Tribunal possesses limitless power, able to erase whole realities from existance. What can Rama Kushna do that LT couldn't? Turn Boston Brand into Deadman? Probably with a blink.

Well, if Rama Kushna is an expansion or incarnation of Krishna (in this case of The Presence), then Rama Kushna without even lifting a finger.
