I was thinking that as well. Without the Beyonders power, he once possessed the power cosmic as well.

If this is just regular old Doom, with his magic and tech, I think Diana's ripping him out of his suit.

^ Hell no. Wonder Woman's underrated. But Doom is even more underrated. People give him props in the prep department. But definitely not enough in the combat department.
