Erm...I want to say Mongul w/ Sinestro Power Rings. But I don't really have a solid reason for the choice. Upgraded Infinity Man is looking good, too.

Well, I'd say that

Mogul with the Rings, Amped Infinity Man, Zoom, Kingdom Gog, and H/P Doomsday are the ones to watch out for.
DS, Henshaw with Rings, Gog, Magog, and Amazo are the next ones to worry about.

Yeah. But Kingdom Gog was such a mentally fragile, whiny and yet somehow Holier Than Thou b*tch. He loses just by being uncool.
