errr. deadpool is afraid of going up against captain america, because he wud get his ass whooped what makes any1 think he can win against batman when he loses even to the cat. an interesting thing about deadpool, blow his head off or slice it completely form his body or blow a hole through his chest, and he will get right back up, regrow/reattach anything and get right back to fighting shortly. bump him in the HEAD though by sum1 skilled or hit pressure points and you incapacitate/paralyse/knock him out for a good while. what is UP with that?

Err... Deadpool had the balls to attack the Secret Avengers--- Cap included. He didn't do too bad either. People everywhere in Marvel suck up to Cap anyhow, which is understandable-- he's a legendary and symbolic figure on Marvel Earth.
How often do you see current Deadpool getting knocked out, anyway? Batman will not be able to finish the fight. Deadpool will tire him out or gradually inflict enough damage to incapacitate Batman.

deadpool wins for many reasons.
-better stamina
-more agile
-higher durability
-and the most important factor is his unpredictability. Batman doesn't do so well against enemies that he doesn't understand. He knows everyone's motives and personalities but he has yet to even come close to comprehending The Joker's logic and Deadpool is just as insane. It will be hard for him to focus on putting an enemy down while they are laughing and asking more excrutiating pain.
