Well Donavan doesn't have many feats that I can think of in the games, but in the OVA, well he flew through Pyron and caused a black hole to form in his chest, which destroyed Pyron from the inside out.

I'm thinkin Vince, Donavan has no real feats to speak of.

Yeah I agree.

All we really know is that he is the third most powerful DSer(minus Jedah who was not known at the time), Morrigan is second, Demitri is 1st.

Yeah i'd probably say Vincent too.
Close but no cigar.

If we allow the OVA though, Donavan stomps.
