Sinister quite easily takes this. A better match up would've been Grodd vs Dark Beast.

Some people (though those are not trust-able sourses) said Gorilla Grodd has BETTER TP feats than current Emma Frost. That topic is sort of to sort out fact from BS.
I want to know, whether Grodd is THAT good as a telepath?

P.S. From what I've seen him actually do on panel, I'm leaning towards Sinister. Not to mention Marvel Earth telepaths live in more psi-hazardous environment than DC ones due to magnetosphere of Marvel Earth being altered to inhibit the use of long-range telepathy.

Physically maybe.

Not only that Grodd and Dark Beast have both done experiments and created tech. I think they are fairly close.
