Teleportation, duh. BUT. I was just done watching X-Men 2, and I reacted to the scenario in the beginning of the movie. Nightcrawler attacked the White House, and while being in the room just outside the president's chamber, there was no complete visual of what happened behind them closed doors.

When the doors them opened, the entire room was pitch black.

Why? How? Anyone has an answer?

Doctor-Alvis
Didn't you notice the black crap wafting off him and his previous locations when he teleported? He teleported so many times in that confined space that the crap filled the room.

Seer Q'Anilia
Must've been at an incredible rate, because it faded only a second or so later. He must've done like .. A LOT of teleportation in only seconds no expression I mean, it werent just puffy clouds. It was like thick, black fog.

Doctor-Alvis
Yeah. They were probably going for "less is more" on that one.

It's also a movie, and they were going for an affect. I don't think they were trying to maintain continuity with the amount of smoke dissipation in other scenes, particularly in other scenes where a lot of smoke would obscure the audience's view of the action.

Anyway, use the questions thread for stuff like this, or an appropriate thread in teh x-men forum. Thanks.
