1) why does akira toryama allow kid buu to coexist with fat buu when that shouldnt be possible

2) does it stand to reason that evil buu is just a weakened kid buu

3) WHY werent the kai's expelled from buu when he reverted to kid buu

4) what would buu have become if good buu ate grey buu instead

1) he probably wanted to show the batlle between a persons good and evil side or something
2) Sorta, but their persoanlities are different
3) Because they are in Fat Buu, liek i said ont he last post if fat buu wer to expel the kais form his system he wud trun into kid buu so if eh did that there wud have been 2 kid buus..confusing but it means kid buu was never at fill strength after the kai absorbtion altough during hsi fight with gouk and vegeta he propably became stronger than ever, but not as strong as he cud hav been if he was complete!

Anyway:

1. The Fat Buu that was expelled from Kid Buu isn't the same as the Fat Buu shown earlier, since he's lacking his evil side

2. Possibly

3. Well he had absorbed them a long time ago. Perhaps they had been "digested" by then

4. Probably revert back to the original Fat Buu form
