Cerne the Giant:
Not much is known about this guy, but Red Superman seem impress by his Brute Strength.

VS

Mangog:
Stalemate with Thor. Which is decently strong

Red Hulk:
His feat so far is better then Mangog, RULK actually beat Thor silly, but won't get any stronger compare to the Hulk against Cerne the Giant.

Thanos the Mad Titan:
Thanos is always a wild card, Thanos might have a chance if his attack work well against Cerne
-The Titan is also capable of matter manipulation, telekinesis, and resistance to powerful telepathic assaults

Either way Size does matter o-O 6/10 for the Giant

Don't forget Thanos fought Warrior Madness Thor who was atleast 10x stronger then normal to a stalemate. Awesome strength skill and durability feat
