Waverider doesn't move fast, he just travels in time.

Those can sometimes be misleading. I've never seen him go that fast on panel or speedblitz anyone.

Well, if you're convinced that these are inaccurate, just post who you think would win in a fight then.

Waverider with ease.

He may be able to do the same time attack that Thanos successfully pulled off on the runner.

Waverider has a similar feat with the atom.
