He was also going by Ext@nt at the time. His Hawkeye persona didn't last long because he openly revealed himself to take away suspicion of his primary sock.

Anyway in this match... David Richards takes it. His spam fest lasted the longest and he was the most annoying before the b*tch fit that got him banned.

Starhawk is a close contender, with that thread that he pulled on who was an omega mutant.

Nah at best Starhawk would be a distant second, he just didn't have the feats David did. Starhawk has the Omega thread to his credit, but David created dozens of screwed up threads and ruined dozens more.

And personally I'd put Ext@nt before Starhawk, but then again Ext@nt was when things really hit the fan between us so maybe that's just me.

I would say Ext@nt since he wasn't just indignant and angry but actually took joy in the suffering of others.
