They both get there weapons, combo attacks, and fighting styles from deception.

Personally, i think scorpion would win, since hes wayyyy stronger and has much better combos.

Scorpion as of deception is like, one of the most powerful fighters in the series lol. Scorpion rapes.

But wasn't Deception a one-time thing. Like the Elder Gods gave him power to become a weapon to pawn Onaga. Or was that upgrade permanent?
