If it's Arena Monarch he takes this one easy.

imo, coven didn't do enough to make me believe he'd be any sort of challenge to monarch.

now, fredd had a few good feats..

1.) he beat captain marvel in under 5 seconds:

2.) he held his own with an alternate version of the avengers/F4 for days [before he was BFR'd]:

however, monarch making every universe's version of captain atom look like pathetically weak children, pretty much trumps that:

it should also be noted that monarch added the powers of said captain atoms' to his own [last scan].
