Who can take out the highest level opponent with prep? Thanos/Monarch
Thanos and Monarch(the one from the end of Arena) enter into a wager. They will each select targets in their own universes to take out going all the way from Street Level to the most powerful beings in their universes.
They are allowed 1 week of prep time before they fight each target. No Artifacts (IG, THOTU, Cosmic Cubes, UN etc etc) are allowed.
Who gets higher up the food chain?
