Old school Comet was stronger than current but i think current would beat Black Bolt with tp.

Current Comet is physically weaker then his "old" body, but his telepathy and telekinesis are stronger then before

Comet does what he did to Starman

Meh... whether telepathy would work is sketchy, as Black Bolt's shown immunity/high resistance before, and I can't think of a time when telepathy has worked on him. But there could be events that I don't know of.
