Old school Comet was stronger than current but i think current would beat Black Bolt with tp.

Meh... whether telepathy would work is sketchy, as Black Bolt's shown immunity/high resistance before, and I can't think of a time when telepathy has worked on him. But there could be events that I don't know of.
