Not sure if this has been done, but I don't really care.

Fight takes place in an abandoned New York City. Incapacitation OR a KO 10 seconds or more counts as a victory, since they're both practically/technically immortal.

They each get their standard equipment.

Can either of them find a way to put the other down?
