The goblins definitely don't have vastly superior stats. The only problem for them is the flight but Donatello is batman when you give him prep. Turtles win.

That doesn’t mean squat when the turtles have prep. Its true that they have superior physical stats but that’s their only advantage. Donny built gadgets that are far more advanced than the goblins and the turtles flight packs probably outclass the goblins gliders. (They were able to out maneuver a race of warrior avians with ease)
