Catwoman is a very agile woman.

Black Cat was given the super soldier serum given to Captain America. In brute strength, Black Cat might take this, however in resourcefulness, Catwoman could find a way to win.

A year ago, I would've said Black Cat. She's got the physical talent to finish her opponent. But after reading the last years of Catwoman issues and some back issues, too, I'd say Catwoman would find a way to come out triumphant.
