1. Normal fight with no clones.

2. CN gets Multiple Mans power of Self-Duplication and his experience. Lobo gets his clones.

Lobo Win the first senario because of his random way of fighting.

The second fight will go to Count Nefaria thanks to Multiple Mans ability. Multiple Man multiplies by kinetic. So Lobo punch CN and produces bunch of CN.
