Team one take it, because of lousy partner Doomsday got, well not lousy, not in their level of brute

In terms of h2h combat Team one takes this so easily thanks to champion being Marvels best hand to hand combat figther even beating the likes of Thor, Hercules who were said to have thousands of years of experience.

However in an all out brawl team one would win perhaps but doomsday won't stay down from just physical force alone. Which would mean they won't do much unless they both use the strength to destroy and entire planet as one punch. Even then he'd probably get back up after a few moments.

Team 2 wins.
