I have never dated before and I need some advice. What are some things that I need to know about women and what can I do to overcome it? I want to press toward a marriage that will last a lifetime. Is there anyone who had a long lasting marriage?

Dating women can be fun at times. The only problem is when they are unhappy. When this happens, it's like you're tied to a chair and a gigantic floating penis is coming towards you. Jaden's pretty much right. It's stupid, really. You have to act all serious, quiet, and assertive. I did that a few times to just go out with "this chick" or "that chick". I didn't like doing it because it wasn't honest.

I was a nice guy. That seemed to do just fine for the most part.




I find that the nerdy quiet types are the best type of girl. My wife isn't the nerdy type but she is quiet. The nerdy types are usually treasures because most dudes leave them alone and the only dudes going after them are other nerds. These quiet nerdy types can be very attractive. They usually go head over heels for just about any guy who puts forth any measure of effort. Schmooze them and they're yours for life.



If you do find a lady, make sure it's clear, in an un-a**holish way, that you have certain boundaries. if you don't it will be hard to establish those boundaries in the future once you become frustrated.

Also, NEVER withhold sex from your lady. Give it and give it often. Make sure she gets hers, as well. I've met several couples which contained and wife or girlfriend who hadn't had an orgasm yet during sex. Sometimes, they were married for years and it hadn't happened. That pisses me off. EAT IT if you have to!!! Don't be a jerk. If your lady friend finds out that sex can actually be awesome with the right guy, she'll want it much more often. BTW, not all girls get "happy" with just plain old intercourse....you may have to use your hands. She can, if she wants, but I think that's a little inconsiderate.

Depends on what type of person you want really, a long lasting relationship is hard to come by, especially if you stck to your plans strongly on having a loving and meaningful relationship then it wont go far because once they get a baby their interest in you is sliced like a lemon in a blender. You may even become just an object to sponge/leech money from for them depending on how deprived they are.

Try to be what people expect you to be. By genetic fluke I have a body type that makes me look like an athlete even when I don't spend any time getting in shape. Unfortunately I'm also a complete geek, which has ended up meaning I attract girls that have nothing in common with me and are morons half the time. I've never had the energy to go and actually get in shape so the moment the question of "so what did you do over the weekend" comes up I'm faced with lying (which I do poorly) or talking about things most people don't even know exist.

Of course I've also got crippling levels of depression, social anxiety, limited self-perception and completely lack of empathy unless I take a great deal of time to decipher what the hell people are actually trying to say.

she has to have a good resume, lifewise. does she have overburdomsome issues/baggage, real and mental. has she gone to school, is she a good money manager, is she deeply in (bad debt). how would she be with kids, responsible or irresponsible. This can all be found out after a few dates if in your eyes she seems as if she has potential. and always try to have sex with her on the first date. (be smooth about it though) and if she lets you have sex with her she's not good material cause she's easy. and don't worry. there are more chicks than guys. you'll have mad chances of finding the one for you. she doesn't have to be perfect but she has to compliment you and likewise.

and throw looks out. that'll leave in half a decade. and if there was nothing there but how cute she looked then there'll be nothing at all and you'll feel nothing for her and you'd end up depressed/suicidal cause you thought you were in love when all you really did was waste her time and yours cause you were thinking with the wrong head

Thanks but I would like to have a little optimism with their looks even in 5 years. I have family that have been together for more than ten years, 20 years, and they look very good. I would like to believe that my wife will look excellent across time. Money, I want to be the one supporting my family, I don't want my wife doing all of the work. I want to reduce as much stress on her as I can. I want her to have the best life that she always wanted, that comes at a cost. At the same time, I want her to be with me. That is the problem that I have had for a long time. I have been as committed as I can be but the appreciation they should have had for me went to other man. Their heart were on other men. Looks naturally play a part initially cause that’s were attraction lies. (I know, I love beautiful women too.) But don’t think she gonna look good forever. And even if she surprisingly stays hot you’re still eventually gonna get used to her appearance as if she was normal looking. I heard someone say, I forget when and where I heard it, but he said (and in paraphrasing): “show me the most beautiful girl in the world and I’ll show you the guy who’s tired of fcuking her.” So don’t kill yourself trying to get a coke bottle doll face. That lust passion’ll leave sooner than you think. You can try, and if you land one, good. Just make sure she’s got more than a cute face to offer.

And you not wanting her to work is understandable. You’re old fashioned. Nothing wrong with that. If you can afford to be the sole bread winner of your family, especially in these dire financial times, then have at it. But do not hold her back if she wants to work. Especially if she’s gone to school for what she wants to do. Denying her that right will cause her to be resentful and bitter. You can hang out as late as you want, you can go on many dates and chase as much tail as you want, and best of all you can keep (and spend) all the money you earn, according to you, and not give it to another girl for free, essentially paying her to humor you, if you don’t want to. You get to focus on business endeavors or work and concentrate on nicely saving money for that car, house, or condo. You can even buy one. Your own place that no woman’ll ever kick you outta! The icing is that taking care of business like that attracts women of kinds because it oozes independence which seeps confidence, automatically. You’ll attract the good the bad and the ugly. Just then, use your judgment and pick the right one.

So just remember, you don’t need women as much as the media and societal pressures tell you you do. You need to eat. You need to sleep, to burp, exercise, you need to make money, but you don’t need a woman. You might want a woman, in the way you may want some new sneakers, that magazine subscription, those concert tickets, or todays special at your local restaurant. But need, cmon..

I agree with everything, whats funny is that you say you dont like being pressured but usually its the women who once in a relationship pressures into marriage/children etc etc

What about gender roles and how they like to use it only when it conveniences them.

Unless you're a dude is really hot or famous, you prolly don't want to be with a girl who approaches you. Depends on the situation, but...yeah, stear clear of that unless you want a kid or an STD.
