Neo gets transported to Los Angeles, California in 2008. Hancock is coming out of the liquor store. And in the process of stopping a robbery the cashier lets him get a couple bottles for saving his store and life. Neo thinks Hancock's robbing the store and confronts him. They start out fighting in the middle of the city. And just like that the entity that transported Neo from the future to 08 teleports all bystanders out of the area. They duke it out w/o holding back. Neo is dressed in his usual garb and Hancock is rocking the offduty attire.

Neo is not alowed to rewrite codes or explode himself or jump into people but retains all other powers and abilities that he would have in the Matrix. They can use the enviorment as a weapon. Who wins? And please explain.

Hancock, with ease.

Hancock is MUCH stronger, a train could not so much as make him budge.

Hancock is at least as fast, probably faster, the distance he went near the end of Hancock in nearly an instant was impressive.

Hancock can survive rockets, any bullet thrown at him, and leaving the atmosphere. Neo gets cut from swords.

Is Charlize Theron nearby? If she was before all entities were transported away, then Hancock would've been dead already.
