I like Vulcan, but I don't think he's got the power to take on either Quasar.

I think Vulcan wins this. He can turn off the human mind I believe which has energy going through it.

Thats a pretty impossible attack to stop unless you cut the energy off your self which would have done the job for him.

If Vulcan made it a telepathic attack then I guess he could block it.

Quasar for the majority in fight 1, I dunno about the new Quasar. I reckon Quasar can put out enough energy to overwhelm Vulcan, just like Havok did.

Q-Ball is too much for Vulcan to handle, IMO. If he can be overwhelmed by a super-charged Havoc, then it should be fairly easy for Quasar to do the same or better.
