I say namor FTW, but jim has given him a run in the past, and not just in the golden age. he also has one of the hottest flames i know of(judging from what he's done with it). he'll last, but namor in the end is too much.

jim hammond isn't human.human torch has super-durability when ignited(also when un-ignited, but that's too complicated to get into right now). he also has super-speed(when ignited).here's how he's faired against a blow from the sub-mariner in the past:
