Ug. Probably Team 2 because they have prep mojo. But Thor's an awesome answer to Steve's magic powers, one of the few who wouldn't be flummoxed by them. And Surfer has more raw power than Warlock. The gem might be the clincher, especially since Warlock has easily KO'd Surfer while they were inside the gem.
He also has that maybe/kinda/sorta control over Surfer's board as a result of their soul link. It's just a bad matchup for Team 1, who are normally the class of their tier.
