Poccy, rather easily. For all his hype, the best KK ever did, even classic KK, was stalemate people at this power level for a while. Still psychotic, given that he's a base human, but not enough to beat Poccabel.

Enough wide-range damage bursts would be enough to hit KK.

Didn't see this. Might lean toward a stalemate in this scenario. Full powers, Apoc easily. Physical only, still Apoc. most times but not nearly as easily.
