its close match, but Doc Ock tentacles do think by themselves do they? They can prolong a distance between Lizard and Doc himself. I seem comic where the Hulk was tripped and toss in the air by Doc Ock tentacle's, to unbalance the Hulk.

So really the same will happen to the lizard. Spider man in the other hand has his web shooters* and resourceful mind*
