didnt beta ray have to beat thor in the first place to earn his hammer.

Odin picked an environment that made BRB winning a virtual certainty because he was pissed at Thor when it happened.

BRB can't be totally counted out but frankly he doesn't have much of a chance since the version of Thor that Rulk beat is more powerful than he is and there's no reason I know of to think that BRB wouldn't fight Rulk directly.

Lol, Rulk only beat Thor up because they where fighting in space.
Beta Ray Bill doesn't hold back, He'll Kill Rulk.

The fight would probably play out the same way Bill fought Sasquatch/Tanaraq in Omega fight.

Well Thor is the stronger of the two, but in terms of average I would put BRB over Thor.

I do this because Thor generally holds back a lot more than BRB does.
So as to this fight I don't think BRB would go down as hard as Thor did in the first round but he does not have the same amount of power Thor does.
The question is does BRB have enough juice to simulate more of what Thor did the second time.

Hulk regularly bitchslaps Thor, so Rulk should be able to bitchslap BRB.
