In the recent issue of Superman, Supes (back at full power) beat the magically powered Atlas in under 60 seconds.

Atlas, known for superhuman levels of strength, stamina, and durability, sounds sorta like Thor minus his hammer.

My twist is this: If Thor didn't have his hammer, could Supes beat him in the same 60 seconds he beat Atlas in- Why or why not?

Philosophía
He wouldn't really need more than 3 seconds (and I'm being generous).

Starscream M
could Superman beat Thor in under 60 seconds? yes

is it likely? no

Enyalus
Yes, he can and does in this thread.

resolution
yeah, what would stop him.

Redlineshifter
Did I make this too easy for Superman?

Eel O'Brien
bump

Kasper Gutman
Does Thor have one hand tied behind his back?

Dark-Jaxx
Considering Superman's superior strength, and vastly superior speed, maybe.
