Ghost Rider vs Namor

Can Namor beat Ghost Rider (Blaze) with/out the Penance Stare?

I say yes. He can fly, has limited invulnerability to heat attacks, is faster and stronger.

But Ghost Rider (Blaze) has the power of a god unless of course Namor himself has beaten gods before.

I would say no. Namor should not be able to beat him.

Namor can't beat him.

Namor's done plenty of fecked up stuff. PS wouldn't work?
