Nate Grey vs Cap Marvel Jr

Nate makes the kid say "Shazam" involuntarily via telepathy, then dismembers him.

Ill's idea is possible, but not assured. The Marvel's history with telepaths is spotty. Occasionally they shrug off insane tp attacks, other times it works on them.

Nate's got more going for him anyway, though, and Freddy would at least be contending with the tp enough to hinder him some.

Nate likes to duke it out with really tuff opponents.
